JLPL marked a significant milestone with the official approval of a Mixed Use Mega Industrial Park Project, a visionary development spanning 401 acres across sectors 90, 91 and 82. Strategically designed to integrate industrial, commercial and lifestyle spaces.  

Where others built projects, we built ecosystems. JLPL is the first and only private entity to receive approval for a 505 acres Super Mega Mixed Use Integrated Industrial Park across Sectors 66-A, 82, and 83 in Mohali. This stands as yet another milestone, one that further cements JLPL’s role as the region’s foremost master developer.
