Senior Sales Manager
- We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager. As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong client relationships to drive the company’s growth. Candidates should hold an MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field with 4-5 years of proven experience in the real estate sector.
Deputy Sales Manager - (2 positions)
- Looking for Deputy Sales Managers. Deputy Sales Managers will assist in formulating and executing sales strategies, mentoring sales executives, and addressing client needs. Applicants should possess an MBA in Sales/Marketing and a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience.
Assistant Sales Manager
- Assistant Sales Managers will focus on managing client portfolios, developing marketing plans, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. Ideal candidates will have an MBA in Sales/Marketing and at least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Sales Executive - (3 positions)
- Sales Executives, will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property inquiries, and maintaining sales activity records. This role requires an MBA in Sales/Marketing and at least 1 year of real estate sales experience.
Laboratory Technician
- We are looking for a Laboratory Technician. Applicants should hold a degree or diploma in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Microbiology, with a preference for those having 2 years of relevant laboratory experience. Responsibilities include the collection, analysis, and documentation of water and wastewater samples.
Junior Architect
- We are seeking a Junior Architect who holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and possesses a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with an architectural firm. Proficiency in Autocad and other related software is required for this position The candidate should demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and be capable of handling project documentation responsibly. Familiarity with current Building Bylaws and the National Building Code (NBC) is also essential.
